Meet Rob “The Badger”

All about the life of Rob “the (Friendly) Badger” O’Neil.

Author. Artist. Charity Cosplayer. Archer. Father. Veteran.

Rob was born in Muskegon, Michigan and grew up in Greenville, Michigan. He served in the Navy during the Persian Gulf and is a disabled veteran. He started his professional career in art at an early age, painting the front window signage of the local comic book store in Greenville when he was fifteen or sixteen. It was his first paid-project. He went on to do many interesting projects such as creating the logo of the aircraft carrier he served on, the USS George Washington, a comic book trilogy for the Grand Rapids Griffins hockey team, and illustrated several books and games for the one-legged GM.

Rob has spent much of his life in service to his community as a Cub Scout, Boy Scout, Armed Service Member, and has helped many charities over the years, from the Red Cross, to the Griffins Youth Foundation, and the League of Enchantment. He believes in equality, kindness and fairness and despises bigotry and racism in any form.
